Our company is established in Italy and has grown since then to a global company. We are focused on central/north Europe. Functieomschrijving As supply chain manager you: Plan, manage and oversee daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain processes. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure availability of materials. Supervise and motivate the logistics team (10FTE) to achieve operational goals. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth logistics operations. Analyse logistics data and produce performance reports for management. Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity. Develop capacity and production planning. Profiel A successful supply chain manager should have: Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management. Strong problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills. Flexibel and able to work in a highly dynamic work environment. Proficiency in MS Dynamics is a pré. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
