Senior AI Content & Prompt Strategy Specialist - Global Tech 6-Month Contract Remote (UK) Salary : £90k - £104k pa We are hiring a Senior AI Content & Prompt Strategy Specialist to support large-scale AI content initiatives across global social media platforms. This is not a traditional content role. You will operate at the intersection of AI, product and engineering - improving LLM performance through advanced prompt design, structured evaluation and data-led insight. What You'll Be Doing Design and iterate system-level prompts to improve LLM outputs for defined product use cases Evaluate AI-generated content and implement structured feedback loops Lead multiple workstreams independently, ensuring alignment with programme goals Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for engineering and product teams Build scalable workflows, templates and quality standards to support operational excellence What We're Looking For 8-10 years' experience in content strategy, AI content, programme management or similar Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation and advanced prompt engineering Strong analytical capability with solid Google Sheets skills Proven ability to manage projects autonomously Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Email if interested
