European Equity Research Analyst

A leading global investment management firm is seeking to recruit an Equity Research Analyst to join the European Equity team. The purpose of the role is to identify high quality companies throughout Europe and make investment recommendations. Responsibilities include: Perform detailed bottom-up fundamental analysis to generate investment ideas Develop and maintain financial models Produce research reports to support investment conclusions Monitor existing portfolio positions Engage effectively with other analysts and Portfolio Managers in the team to share ideas Key requirements: 1-2 years’ experience research experience on the buy-side and sell-side Fluency in English and an additional European language is essential Studying CFA qualification or desire to enrol Strong financial modelling skills Humble, hard working and intellectually curious High level of integrity Willingness/desire to be mentored Excellent academic profile Passion for financial markets and investing “Mason Blake acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
