Job Description
- Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the legal team.
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and format legal documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with file management, including filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal procedures.
- Support team projects and initiatives within the secretarial and business support department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal PA should have:
- A strong background in administrative or secretarial roles, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
