About the Role

The position

As a Process Operator at CLP Process Operations, you ensure stable production by performing process controls and resolving malfunctions within the coating and/or emulsion processes. You collect and process process data in reports and measure the physical and photographic properties of products. In addition, you calibrate equipment, carry out periodic maintenance, and work with web handling and inspection tasks.

You work independently and apply ATS and/or FLTS methods in problem-solving; these are practical root cause analysis techniques. Furthermore, you contribute to process optimization through improvement projects and proposals, and you communicate with supporting departments.

We require
  • MBO (secondary vocational) level of working and thinking; preferably Process Technology level 3/4 or Operator B/C, or a completed technical education with the willingness to follow an Operator B/C program
  • Work experience in process technology is an advantage
  • Willingness to become a member of the emergency response team (BHV)
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Dutch is a plus
  • Willingness to work approximately 15% of your time in low-light/dark conditions.
