This client specializes in high-quality ceramic, glass, and mosaic tile products and operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Supply Chain Assistant Overview The Supply Chain Assistant will support day-to-day inventory control, purchasing activities, and internal material coordination. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working with data, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams onsite. Job Title: Supply Chain Assistant Location: Harbor City, CA (90710) Schedule: 8am-5pm (Monday thru Friday) Pay Range: $19-22/hour (DOE) Supply Chain Assistant Key Responsibilities Process inventory transactions, including material transfers and adjustments, using Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems Create, monitor, and track purchase orders for supplies and operational materials Maintain accurate and timely data entry for inventory and purchasing records Coordinate internal material requests and assist with fulfillment across departments Communicate effectively with team members via Microsoft Teams and email Provide administrative and transactional support to the Supply Chain Manager Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Microsoft Teams Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is a plus Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite daily in Harbor City, CA Prior experience in supply chain, inventory management, or administrative support preferred Why Apply?
