Location: Greenford
Basic: £55,000 + Car Allowance
OTE: £65,000 +
Hours: 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced Senior Parts Advisor ready for your next challenge? We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded Parts Manager to join a thriving Parts Department in the Heathrow area.

About the Role:
You’ll play a pivotal part in driving performance, supporting the Parts Team, and leading a team of Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales and profit targets. This is a rare opportunity for someone with solid experience in the commercial vehicle parts industry to step into a leadership role with real impact.
What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the commercial vehicle sector
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle parts supply and sales
• Leadership qualities with a track record of coaching and motivating a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with a drive to exceed targets
