IT Project Engineer

<p>IT Project Engineer &#8211; Kerry (hybrid work option available)</p> <p>An opportunity is now available for an IT Project Engineer to support our operations, networks, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives. </p> <p>The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in IT/OT infrastructure with hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry. </p> <p>You will play a key role in maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting IT and OT environments, working closely with operations and engineering teams.</p> <p>Qualified with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, IT, or a related technical field with a minimum 5 + years in a relevant role with GMP industry experience highly desirable.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities<br />• Provide hands-on support for server, PC, and network hardware in a regulated (GMP) environment.<br />• Manage network hardware configuration, including switches, routers, and Ethernet networks.<br />• Support and troubleshoot network cabling systems and distributed control systems/PLCs.<br />• Perform installation, configuration, and support for Windows operating systems Win10/11.<br />• Manage Windows Active Directory and DNS setup and support.<br />• Maintain server and PC architectures, including upgrades and performance optimization.<br />• Participate in cybersecurity initiatives and cloud infrastructure support to enhance system security and reliability.<br />• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and quality teams to implement IT projects, upgrades, and new system deployments.<br />• Provide troubleshooting and technical support across network, server, OS, and PC platforms.<br />• Ensure all systems and changes are documented in compliance with pharmaceutical industry requirements.<br />• Support audits and validation efforts as required.<br />• Computer networking (switching, routing, Ethernet)<br />• Network hardware support and configuration<br />• Network cabling systems<br />• Server and PC hardware support<br />• Server and PC architectures<br />• Distributed Control Systems/PLCs</p> <p>Experience supporting operations in GMP/regulated environments</p>
