About the Role

<p>Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, have a requirement for maintenance manager to lead and manage a multi-skilled facilities infrastructure:</p>
<p>Responsibilities and Duties:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage maintenance activities in a multiskilled manufacturing environment</li>
<li>create maintenance schedules & work requests</li>
<li>increase operational effectiveness & contribute to reducing down time</li>
<li> implement improvement plans</li>
<li>lead and manage maintenance teams & external contract staff and provide technical expertise</li>
<li>have experience of creating and managing a best practice operational management strategy</li>
<li>have experience of continuous improvement</li>
<li>have experience developing a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule</li>
<li>develop and manage KPI’s</li>
<li>Excellent leadership and man management skills</li>
