The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
You will receive full training to manage the complete recruitment process, including:

• Sourcing and attracting candidates
• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Developing new business through proactive sales activity
• Conducting interviews and candidate screenings
• Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
• Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns
• Working towards KPIs and performance targets
• Handling feedback, challenges and objections professionally

Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
Start Date: Interviewing now for End of August / Start September starts
