Continuous Improvement Analyst
Job Introduction
We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst to help drive service transformation and operational excellence across our Primary Care Services Division. This role is central to identifying, analysing, and delivering improvement opportunities that enhance the efficiency, scalability, and patient‑centred quality of our Mental Health, MSK, Dermatology, GP, and Clinic services.
You’ll work with clinical, operational, digital, and transformation colleagues to diagnose performance issues, analyse variation, and design data‑driven solutions across NHS, Corporate, and B2C markets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, collaboration, and making a measurable impact on service quality.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
Proven experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or performance analysis in healthcare or other complex service environments.
Experience mapping end-to-end processes, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending optimised workflows.
Experience working with cross functional- teams to implement and embed improvement initiatives.
Experience gathering and interpreting operational and financial data to inform decision-making-.
Involvement in benefits tracking and measurement of improvement projects.
Analytical & Problem Solving – Strong ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and develop evidence-based solutions.
Process Mapping & Service Redesign – Skilled in creating asis/tobe process maps and applying improvement frameworks to optimise workflows.
Continuous Improvement Methodologies – Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and operational excellence principles.
Desirable
Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Formal training in Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt or above) .
