- 12–15+ years of overall experience in SAP, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO).
- Proven experience leading at least two large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs.
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Finance Conversion.
- Strong experience in financial data migration, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
- Experience collaborating with global finance stakeholders, including CFO organizations, Controllership, and Shared Services.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
- Experience managing multi-vendor engagements and global delivery teams.
Hiring Process: The interview process is strict and typically involves 3 to 4 rounds:
- HR Screening and comprehension assessment.
- Technical evaluation (potentially involving a panel).
- A required final in-person meeting with management.
- Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 per annum, contingent upon technical evaluation results. (Base salary for consultant-level roles starts around $90K–$110K, with senior roles generally capped at $135K base).
- Total Compensation: Base salary plus standard benefits
- Visa/Immigration: No visa sponsorship or layers are allowed.
