These roles are ideal for hardworking individuals looking to grow their careers in low‑voltage and data center infrastructure with a company that promotes from within. <p><h2>Entry‑Level Technician</h2><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Pull and route fiber throughout data center environments</li><li>Assemble, stack, and drill equipment racks</li><li>Scan, label, and port equipment</li><li>Support general installation tasks under the direction of experienced technicians</li><li>Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and safety standards</li></ul><h3>Required Attributes</h3><ul><li>Experience working in physically demanding environments (construction, trades, military, or similar)</li><li>Strong work ethic with a positive, team‑first attitude</li><li>Reliable attendance and punctuality</li><li>Hands‑on electrical or military experience is highly valued</li><li>Ability to work on ladders and lifts</li></ul><h2>Lead Technician</h2><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Pull and route fiber cable; perform fiber testing and troubleshooting (Fluke/OTDR)</li><li>Plan daily work, delegate tasks, and lead execution onsite</li><li>Scan, label, photograph, and port equipment accurately</li><li>Complete documentation including QC/QA checks and cut sheets</li><li>Support training and development of junior technicians</li></ul><h3>Required Experience</h3><ul><li>Strong experience in structured cabling and fiber installation</li><li>Experience leading crews or projects in construction or low‑voltage environments</li><li>Comfortable taking ownership of quality, documentation, and timelines</li></ul><h2>Skills (Both Roles)</h2><ul><li>Structured Cabling</li><li>Cable Installation / Cable Pulling</li><li>Fiber Optic Cable Installation & Testing</li><li>Low Voltage Systems</li><li>Construction & Installation Practices</li></ul><h2>What We're Looking For</h2><ul><li>Hard worker who wants to grow with an organization</li><li>Honest, reliable, and accountable</li><li>Interested in leadership opportunities and long‑term career advancement</li></ul><p><strong>Job Type & Location</strong><p>This is a Contract position based out of Chantilly, VA.</p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong><p>The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.<p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
