Based in the UK, you will be part of TEKEVER’s central communications team, working across global markets and supporting integrated communications strategies aligned with corporate priorities.The successful candidate will be highly autonomous, strategically minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced international business environment with multiple stakeholders, regions and priorities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li class="MsoNormal">Support the development and execution of TEKEVER’s corporate communications strategy across global markets.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Deliver integrated communications plans aligned with business growth priorities.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Build and strengthen TEKEVER’s reputation across defence, security and technology sectors.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Support strategic campaigns linked to bids, programmes, partnerships, market entries and corporate milestones.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Draft and manage high-quality content including press releases, executive messaging, thought leadership, speeches, case studies and internal communications.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Support the production of multimedia content including videos, photography, motion graphics, podcasts, social media assets and campaign materials.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling visual storytelling and digital content.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Coordinate media relations activity across priority markets, with particular support for the UK and Europe.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Identify speaking opportunities, awards, events and profile-building platforms.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Work closely with senior leadership, country teams, business development and marketing functions.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Provide communications counsel to executives and internal stakeholders.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Support issues management and crisis communications when required.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Ensure message consistency globally while adapting communications to local market needs.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Monitor industry trends, geopolitical context, media coverage and competitor positioning.</li></ul>Required Experience<ul><li class="MsoNormal">Significant communications experience (typically 8+ years).</li><li class="MsoNormal">Proven track record in defence, aerospace, security, government technology, advanced engineering, or enterprise IT sectors.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Experience working in international or multi-market organisations.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Strong understanding of the UK defence landscape, with broader European or international exposure considered a strong advantage.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Experience supporting complex B2B, institutional or government-facing organisations.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Demonstrated success in strategic communications, reputation management and media relations.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Experience delivering or managing multimedia content production and digital campaigns.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Experience advising senior executives and leadership teams.</li><li class="MsoNormal">Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across geographies.</li></ul>Skills & Attributes<ul><li class="MsoNormal">Exceptional writing and editing skills in English.
