Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in hospitality or hotel interior design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of relevant projects
- Excellent CAD skills to facilitate detailed technical drawings and concepts
- Confident managing multiple deadlines and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work independently and independently solve design challenges
- Previous experience within a senior role in similar design studios is essential
- Contribute across concept, FF&E, technical detailing and coordination
- Bring confidence, autonomy and senior-level judgement to a busy studio environment
Engagement Model
- Freelance contract preferred (5 days/week or flexible as required)
- Remote working flexibility available
- Competitive day rate — the studio is willing to pay appropriately for strong senior experience
- Not necessarily a full-time permanent hire — flexibility is key
