looking for a People Advisor to join our growing People team in London (hybrid), reporting to the Global Head of People & Talent.</span></p><p><span>In this role, you will support employees and managers across YOOBIC’s UK, France and US teams, acting as a trusted HR partner and helping to deliver a positive and high-performing employee experience across the organisation.</span></p><p><span>You will play a key role in providing guidance on employee relations, manager support and HR operations, while also owning key global people processes such as probation management, benefits administration and HR data management.</span></p><p><span>This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3–5 years of HR experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and wants to gain exposure to global HR operations within a scaling SaaS company.</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>What you’ll achieve.</strong></span></p><p><span>In this role, you will contribute to the success of YOOBIC by supporting managers and employees across the business and ensuring our people processes run smoothly and consistently.</span></p><p><span>You will:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Act as a first point of contact for employee relations matters relating to individual contributors and mid-level managers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage and support employee relations cases including performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, absence management and workplace concerns.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide guidance and coaching to managers on handling people issues and performance conversations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner closely with the Global Head of People on complex or sensitive employee relations cases.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure ER documentation and processes are managed accurately and in line with employment legislation.</span></p></li></ul><p><span>You will also take ownership of several important global HR processes, including:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Managing the global probation process across the UK, France and US, ensuring reviews are completed and feedback is provided.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supporting the administration of employee benefits, acting as a point of contact for employee queries and coordinating with external providers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintaining accurate employee data within the HRIS, including job changes, salary updates and organisational changes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supporting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal moves and offboarding.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintaining HR documentation and ensuring policies remain up to date and compliant.</span></p></li></ul><p><span>You will also contribute to broader People initiatives, including performance review cycles, employee engagement and culture programmes across our global teams.</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>Who you are</strong></span></p><p><span>You are an HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers and employees to support a positive and high-performing workplace.</span></p><p><span>You likely bring:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>3–5 years of experience in an HR Advisor, People Advisor or HR Generalist role.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong employee relations experience, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management cases.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience advising managers on people management and employee relations matters.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A solid understanding of UK employment law.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with HRIS systems and HR data management.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Confidence working independently while partnering with senior HR leadership.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working in a fast-paced or scaling organisation.</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Exposure to international or multi-country HR
