<p data-start="157" data-end="283"><strong>Location:</strong> SE London, UK<br data-start="180" data-end="183" /> <strong>Salary:</strong> Up to £40,000 (depending on experience)<br data-start="230" data-end="233" /> <strong>Working Hours:</strong> Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm</p>
<p data-start="285" data-end="301"><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p data-start="303" data-end="584">Our client, a specialist within the Fine Art Shipping sector, is looking to recruit a skilled and organised Fine Art Freight Coordinator. This position plays a key role in delivering excellent service to clients while supporting internal teams to ensure efficient daily operations.</p>
<p data-start="586" data-end="607"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br /></strong></p>
<ul data-start="609" data-end="1569">
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring expectations are clearly managed.</li>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues across the department to support smooth and efficient operations.</li>
<li>Communicate confidently with clients via phone, email, and in person, delivering a high level of customer service.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Head of Department to resolve any issues quickly and effectively.</li>
<li>Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines at all times.</li>
<li>Manage administrative tasks in support of both client requirements and departmental needs.</li>
<li>Take part in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.</li>
<li>Maintain a professional approach at all times and contribute positively to the team environment.</li>
<li>Remain flexible to travel when required and provide support to other departments if needed.</li>
<li>Assist with general office duties, including answering calls and handling ad hoc requests.</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1571" data-end="1584"><strong>Requirements:<br /></strong></p>
<ul data-start="1586" data-end="1908">
<li>Previous experience working with a UK-based Fine Art Shipping company is essential.</li>
<li>Strong background in client-facing roles with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.</li>
<li>Experience with customs clearances would be advantageous but is not essential.</li>
<li>Must have the right to live and work in the UK.</li>
