PRINT QUALITY AND SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST (ONSITE)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $38 - 42 per hour We are seeking a highly experienced Print Quality & Supply Chain Specialist for a critical role supporting global operations .This role manages the end-to-end print supply chain, from initial design through to final production printing, ensuring world-class quality standards and technical excellence. *Important Hiring Notice: This client does not conduct interviews for this position. Candidates must be comfortable accepting an offer based on their resume and qualifications alone.* Responsibilities: - Manage the global print supply chain (design to production) to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and swift issue resolution. - Partner with Purchasing, Marketing Product Development (MPD), and Package Development to conduct thorough printer evaluations. - Lead regular performance reviews with suppliers and business stakeholders to align on Print Quality Programs. - Develop and implement improvement plans, scorecards, and root cause analyses in partnership with Package Development to resolve persistent print quality issues. - Utilize expert knowledge of the latest pre-press, packaging software, and digital technologies to present innovative solutions to the business. Qualifications: - 7-10 years of professional experience in print production, packaging engineering, or print supply chain management. - Advanced knowledge of pre-press workflows, packaging software, and digital printing technologies. - Proven ability to lead root cause analysis and develop data-driven improvement plans (scorecards).
