TMD Staffing in San Antonio is hiring Journeymen Electricians!  We are seeking experienced and licensed Journeymen Electricians that will play crucial roles ensuring the safe and efficient operations of electrical systems across various projects.  Necessary knowledge in interpreting blueprints and schematics.  If you are a licensed Journeyman, we want to speak to you!  This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position is resume and interview based. 

Job Description:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings, ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately.
• Collaborate with construction teams on renovation projects, providing electrical expertise to enhance overall project outcomes.
• Conduct regular inspections of high voltage and low voltage systems to ensure safety and functionality.
• Run conduit and be able to read prints.
• Employ hand tools and power tools effectively while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites.

Basic qualifications

• Proven electrical experience with a strong background in both industrial and commercial settings.

Preferred qualifications

Experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of renovation processes.

• Proficient in reading schematics and technical documents related to electrical systems.

Pay Rate:  $25 - $30, DOE

Shift: 7AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday

REQUIREMENTS:

• Be able to pass a drug screen
• Be able to pass a background check
• Be able to wear proper PPE
• Be legal to work in USA
• Have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work 10 hours shift
