Job Description
Develop and program multi-axis and multi-operation CNC programs
Program and optimize Swiss and CNC multi-spindle machines to maximize efficiency and output
Define machining schemes, probing routines, and toolpaths to ensure precision manufacturing
Optimize cycle times, tool life, and machine utilization to drive operational performance
Lead first article inspections to verify part quality and conformance to specifications
Spearhead continuous improvement projects with documented cost savings and measurable results
Make critical technical decisions impacting quality, cost, and throughput across production operations
Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to less experienced programmers
Key Requirements
3 to 10 years of CNC programming experience
GibbsCAM proficiency is preferred
Hands-on experience with multi-axis, Swiss, mill-turn, or multi-spindle CNC machines preferred
Demonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing or programming environment preferred
