About the Role

<p><strong>CF0730 | £45k – 65 doe (12mth FTC with a view to going perm and option for part time)</strong></p> <p>A stellar opportunity for an Account Director to join an award-winning corporate practice of this global agency. You would join a truly innovative agency that works seamlessly across all marcomms disciplines and be part of a team that is renowned for creating iconic ideas that deliver impact at scale for clients</p> <p>Based in stunning central London offices (some hybrid/part time working also offered), this role offers a unique opportunity to lead multi-market communications projects for some of the world&#8217;s most iconic brands. As an experienced Account Director, you will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex corporate reputation programmes, navigating sensitive issues, and delivering impactful results. This is a one-off opportunity to work on some of the world&#8217;s most recognizable brands, on a global scale and a chance to escalate your own career path.</p> <p><strong>The Role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide strategic counsel on a range of corporate communications issues and develop and implement strategic communication plans</li> <li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, including media, influencers and NGOs</li> <li>Lead and manage the day-to-day execution of multi-market PR programmes for a range of FMCG brands, focusing on corporate reputation, sustainability and social impact.</li> <li>Proactively identify and mitigate potential reputational risks and develop and implement crisis management plans</li> <li>Manage project budgets and timelines effectively</li> <li>Oversee and provide guidance to the team and collaborate closely with integrated teams across the agency</li> <li>Contribute to new business development</li> <li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and timelines.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experienced AD level</li> <li>Strong knowledge of corporate communications, reputation management, social impact and sustainability comms</li> <li>Proven experience managing multi-market PR programmes for large, multinationals</li> <li>Experience working with multiple stakeholders, FMCG based clients (EU clients ideally)</li> <li>Excellent media relations skills and established network of media contacts.</li> <li>Agency background – ideally London</li> <li>Experience in crisis comms, issues management and navigating complex and sensitive topics</li> <li>Ability to feed into emerging projects, identify risks, respond to and flag issues when needed</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Experience working with integrated teams and providing strategic counsel across disciplines.</li> <li>Line management responsibility</li> <li>Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse campaign performance</li> <li>Experience of financial budgeting</li> </ul> <p>To find out more and to view the full job description, please send your details to <a href="mailto:cvs@carterferris.co.uk">cvs@carterferris.co.uk</a> quoting ref CF0730 and contacting Anne or Tanya on 0203 397 7543 / 07929 008295</p>
