You will act as the point of contact for customers who have been diagnosed with complex conditions, guiding them from the very start of their journey through to completion. You’ll provide reassurance, clarity, and continuity, ensuring every customer feels supported and informed throughout. Key Responsibilities
- Providing advice, guidance, and support to customers with complex conditions
- Managing and progressing complex claims with accuracy and care
- Liaising confidently with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and hospitals
- Ensuring clear, timely communication and effective coordination
- Handling enquiries via email and telephone
- Signposting customers to relevant services or next steps
- Maintaining accurate and compliant records
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience working within the healthcare sector
- A relevant qualification such as a Nursing Degree, Life Sciences degree, or similar
- Strong clinical understanding and the ability to interpret medical information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence liaising with multidisciplinary teams and external medical professionals
- A genuine desire to provide customers with the very best service
- The ability to remain calm, organised, and compassionate when dealing with sensitive situations
