<p>Principal Infrastructure Planner (Career Grade) &#8211; Planning<strong> needed in Ilford Paying  £245.82 per day ref OR 26906</strong></p> <p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p> <p>Working within a busy  Spatial Planning and Infrastructure  Team , this post will play a significant role in ensuring the right infrastructure is secured and delivered to support growth, in line with the projects identified in the Client&#8217;s Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP). </p> <ul> <li>Managing the programming and delivery of projects and programmes listed in the Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP).</li> <li>Contributing to the delivery of circa 300m of infrastructure project/programme commitments.</li> <li>Supporting the systems which store all the financial and project data in relation to the 300m project/programme commitments; this includes the input of data and data analysis.</li> <li>Working on the review of the Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP) and Charging Schedule processes. This includes the relevant statutory consultation process and obligations and document preparation.</li> <li>Facilitating and service the governance (decision-making) processes for infrastructure planning and delivery; including managing meetings and relevant documentation.</li> <li>Preparing income forecasting reports (relating to developer contributions), to assist the Team Leader in securing funding to support the Infrastructure Planning Team. </li> <li>Promoting the image of the team, both internally and externally to the Council.</li> </ul> <p>If you are interested in the role, please email your CV to Beth@essentialemploy.co.uk quoting the reference number. </p> <p>Essential Employment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
