Pay, Schedule, and Location Pay: DOE Schedule: 1st Shift | Full-Time Location: Oxnard, CA Responsibilities / Qualifications As a Machinist, you will: Set up and operate CNC and manual machines, including lathes and mills Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Measure, cut, and shape materials to exact specifications Inspect finished parts using precision tools such as micrometers and calipers Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed Perform routine maintenance and minor equipment repairs Maintain production and quality records Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized work area Recommend process improvements to support efficiency and quality We’re looking for a Machinist who: Has 5+ years of machining experience preferred Has experience with CNC programming and manual machining Can read blueprints and technical drawings Understands machining processes, materials, and tight tolerances (up to +/- .0005”) Has basic math skills, including geometry and algebra Has CAD/CAM or welding experience (a plus) Can perform physical tasks in a production environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs Work Environment Industrial manufacturing setting Exposure to machinery, noise, heat, dust, and oils Required use of personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and steel-toe footwear Benefits Available • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Insurance • $0 copay for unlimited Teladoc virtual visits • Employee Assistance Program (medical, financial, or legal support) • Coverage available for spouse, domestic partner, and children • Pet insurance available • Resources for parents with children of developmental disabilities.
