Werden Sie am Standort Weiden in der Oberpfalz ab sofort in Festanstellung und in Vollzeit unser (Senior) IT/OT Infrastructure Engineer (m/w/d) Diese spannenden Aufgaben warten auf Sie: Netzwerkarchitektur (IT & OT): Analyse, Design und Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerklandschaft inkl. Segmentierung (VLAN, OT-Zonen, DMZ) und Remote Access (VPN/Remote Service). Industrielle Netzwerke: Aufbau und Optimierung von Industrial Ethernet (z. B. PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP) sowie Auswahl, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Switches, Firewalls und Industrie-Gateways. Infrastruktur & Standardisierung: Aufbau und Betreuung von Server-/Virtualisierungs- und Container-Umgebungen (z. B. VMware/Hyper-V/Proxmox, docker/k8s/containerd), Backup/Recovery sowie Datenbank-Systeme für Maschinen- und Produktionsdaten. Erstellung von Netzwerkplänen, Sicherheits- und Schnittstellenkonzepten Security & Compliance: Hardening, Schwachstellenanalysen und Risikoabschätzungen sowie Umsetzung von Security-Richtlinien im IT/OT-Umfeld, u. a. nach IEC 62443. Remote Support Plattform: Betreuung der eigenen Remote-Support-Lösung sowie Prüfung, Bewertung und Integration kundenseitiger Remote-Zugangsplattformen. Sicherstellung sicherer und effizienter Service-Verbindungen zu IT-/OT-Systemen inkl. Zugriffsüberwachung, Rollenmanagement und Einhaltung von Security-Vorgaben. Entwicklungs-Werkzeuge & -Plattformen: Verwaltung und Betrieb interner Server Anwendungen inkl. Benutzer- und Berechtigungskonzepten, Systemüberwachung, Update- und Patch-Management sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen Applikationsbetriebs in unserer internen IT-Landschaft Ihr beeindruckendes Profil: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Studium im Bereich IT/Netzwerktechnik/Informatik/Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Fundiertes Verständnis von Netzwerkarchitekturen (Layer 2/3, Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN) – idealerweise in IT/OT-Umgebungen. Erfahrung im Aufsetzen, Konfigurieren und Betreiben von IT-Systemen sowie deren laufende Betreuung (Server, Dienste, Applikationen, Benutzer- und Berechtigungsstrukturen) Erfahrung mit industriellen Protokollen und Schnittstellen (z. B. OPC UA, PROFINET, Modbus, MQTT, REST) Kenntnisse in IT/OT-Security (Segmentierung, Hardening, Schwachstellenmanagement); Kenntnisse der IEC 62443 wünschenswert. Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (auch für Kunden- und Projektabstimmungen), strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit; gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft je nach Projekt.
