- Offering support to junior staff, including appraisals and professional development plans.
### Requirements
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Relevant clinical experience with adults who have complex needs.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy frameworks, assessment models, and working with individuals with mental illnesses.
