<p><strong>Operations Manager &#8211; Retrofit</strong> <br /><strong>Bristol </strong>(with regional travel across Central &amp; Southern regions) <br /><strong>Leading Social Housing Contractor</strong> <br /><strong>£90,000 + £4,000 Car Allowance / Benefits &amp; Discretionary Bonus</strong> </p> <p><strong>Outline:</strong> <br />Regen Solutions are working with a Tier 1 Contractor who have just won £20m worth of work in the Southwest consisting of 4 tower block external refurbs. </p> <p>This will sit within their Retrofit Division who is continuing to grow so this give a real opportunity for the successful candidate to make a mark on the business. Not only will you take control of this project/contract, you will also manage various retrofit contracts in the South region and will look to grow the site team. </p> <p><strong>The Role:</strong> <br />As Operations Manager, your mission is to lead project teams and supply chains to deliver compliant, high-spec capital and retrofit works on time and within budget.
