If you’re a Senior Account Executive or Account Manager who enjoys turning complex science into meaningful, impactful communications - this could be a great next step for you.
We’re partnering with a growing, independent healthcare consultancy that’s doing things a little differently. They’re big on fresh thinking, real collaboration, and creating work that genuinely moves the needle on health outcomes. You won’t just be delivering projects - you’ll be helping shape smarter, more effective ways for health brands to connect with their audiences.
Everything you need to know about the role
This isn’t a “just manage the timeline” kind of role. You’ll be right in the mix - working closely with clients, shaping ideas, and helping bring programmes to life from start to finish.
You’ll:
- Act as a trusted partner to clients - running workshops, shaping briefs and guiding strategy
- Build integrated comms plans that connect insight, creativity and measurable impact
- Turn complex scientific and clinical data into clear, compelling messaging
- Spot opportunities (and risks) early, and come with smart, practical solutions
- Own delivery across projects - planning, execution, evaluation and optimisation
- Keep everything running smoothly day-to-day (budgets, timelines, suppliers) without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Collaborate with specialists across creative, digital and strategy to deliver joined-up work
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
- 2+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare marketing communications - Agency background is preferred (creative, digital or brand comms)
- A solid understanding of healthcare professional (HCP) engagement across paid and owned channels
- Confidence working with scientific content and simplifying it into something meaningful
- A proactive, curious mindset—especially when it comes to new tech and innovation in healthcare
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and bringing ideas to the table
What’s on offer?
- Competitive salary between £35,000 and £40,000 (depending on experience).
- 100% remote working, with fully expensed quarterly in-person team meet-ups to connect and collaborate.
- Flexible working hours and a minimum holiday allowance (not maximum!)
- Mentoring, training and tailored development opportunities.
- A chance to help shape the culture and direction of a growing independent consultancy already recognised twice as “Small Consultancy of the Year.”
- A business that’s B-Corp certified, and Platinum EcoVadis rated, committed to making a positive social and environmental impact.
