<p><strong>Job Title: Multi Plumber</strong></p> <p><strong>Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative</strong><br /><strong>Location:</strong> Hemel Hempstead<br /><strong>Salary:</strong> £22.52ph <br /><strong>Contract:</strong> Temp to Perm</p> <p> Cardo is seeking an experienced <strong>Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative</strong> to join our in-house repairs team, covering social housing properties across <strong>Hemel Hempstead</strong></p> <p>You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing and general maintenance works in occupied and void properties, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service to our residents.</p> <p><em>Key Responsibilities:</em></p> <ul> <li> <p>Carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs and installations</p> </li> <li> <p>Undertake multi-trade works including basic carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, and minor building repairs</p> </li> <li> <p>Work within social housing properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residents</p> </li> <li> <p>Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain accurate job records using handheld devices</p> </li> <li> <p>Deliver excellent customer service in line with bpha values</p> </li> </ul> <p><em>Requirements:</em></p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven experience as a plumber, ideally within social housing or domestic properties</p> </li> <li> <p>Multi-trade skills with the ability to complete a variety of maintenance tasks</p> </li> <li> <p>Relevant plumbing qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent preferred)</p> </li> <li> <p>Full UK driving licence</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong communication skills and a professional, tenant-focused approach</p> </li> </ul> <p><em>What We Offer:</em></p> <ul> <li> <p>Competitive salary of <strong>£25.52ph</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Company van and fuel card</p> </li> <li> <p>Tools and uniform provided</p> </li> <li> <p>Stable, long-term work within a respected housing association</p> </li> <li> <p>Supportive team environment and opportunities for development</p> </li> </ul> <p>If you’re a skilled plumber with strong multi-trade experience and want secure work making a real difference in social housing, we’d love to hear from you.</p>
