Real Estate Finance Solicitor 3+ PQE

A standout opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join a successful and well-respected Real Estate Finance and Commercial Property team in London.

This is a strong move for a solicitor with real estate finance experience who is looking to join a Top Tier/ Leading Legal 500 ranked firm with a prominent name in the market, quality work and genuine scope to develop within a busy and expanding team.

The role:

The team advises on a broad range of lender-side real estate finance matters and is known for its commercial, practical and responsive approach on time-sensitive transactions. You will be joining an established team led by a highly respected Head of Department, with the benefit of working alongside experienced solicitors in a collaborative and ambitious environment.

You will have the opportunity to expand your experience across quality, high-value matters, including:

• Acting on lender-side real estate finance matters
• Preparing and reviewing finance and security documentation
• Advising on term sheets, facility agreements, debentures, legal charges and other security documents
• Title due diligence and risk analysis across commercial property assets
• Dealing with senior and junior debt, deeds of priority and intercreditor arrangements
• Handling waiver, amendment and consent requests
• Supporting clients through complex, fast-moving property finance transactions

What you bring:

• At least 3 years’ PQE as a Real Estate Finance Solicitor
• Strong technical ability and a commercial, solutions-focused approach
• Experience in Real Estate Finance from a London firm
• A genuine interest in being part of the success and further growth of this specialist area of practice/team.
