Programme Manager

<p><strong>Programme Manager needed in Warrington Paying  £427.07 per day ref 135190</strong></p> <p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p> </p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead complex transformation and change programmes across Children&#8217;s Services and SEND.</li> <li>Develop transformation strategies and convert strategic priorities into deliverable programme plans.</li> <li>Support the design and implementation of new service models and operating models.</li> <li>Lead service redesign initiatives across early help, statutory social care, commissioning and placements.</li> <li>Produce robust business cases supported by evidence, benefits analysis and financial modelling.</li> <li>Work closely with finance teams to identify savings opportunities and monitor benefits realisation.</li> <li>Manage programme governance, risks, issues and dependencies.</li> <li>Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using MS Project.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing constructive challenge and support.</li> <li>Produce high-quality reports and presentations for senior leadership, boards and governance groups.</li> <li>Drive implementation and ensure programme benefits are realised while maintaining safeguarding standards and service quality.</li> <li>Support workforce transformation initiatives and reduce reliance on agency staffing and high-cost provision.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If you are interested in the role, please email your CV to verity@essentialemploy.co.uk quoting the reference number. </p> <p>Essential Employment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
