Food Production Operative

Abatec are hiring for Food Production Operatives for a bakery in BS21 – between Clevedon and Yatton.

• Start ASAP
• £12.75 per hour – £510 per week!
• Working Hours – Monday to Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm, Sunday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity

• Due to the rural location, applicants must have their own transport

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy food production team near Bristol. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where full training is provided. Attitude and work ethic are more important than previous experience.

You will be working to high standards, supporting production and packing processes, and ensuring food safety procedures are followed at all times.

• Packing and handling food products

• Manual handling and some heavy lifting

• Flexible and willing to learn
• Comfortable with heavy lifting, up to 25kg
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
