About the Role
Our client offers a wide range of print services to a long-standing list of companies, both small and large. They are currently seeking a goal-drive, resilient Sales Executive to adopt the role of servicing this large client base and maintain existing relationships.
In order to fulfil this role, the ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, with strong verbal and written skills, and possess the ability to quickly build rapport with a diverse array of professionals. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills are also a must. A solid track record in print sales and continuous account development is essential.
Fundamental tasks and responsibilities for this role will include:
• develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
• make calls to existing clients
• construct and perform presentations of company services to current clients
• develop sales proposals, monitor activities and prepare sales reports
• respond to sales enquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person
• inaugurates customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
