Published: 15th March 2026 Plumber / Multi-Trader Permanent Greater London Social Housing & Property Services, Trades & Labour £38,000 Overview Plumber / Multi-Trader – Repairs & Maintenance Location: Enfield, Greater London Salary: £38,000 per year + Company Van & Fuel Card Type: Permanent | Full-time The Role We are recruiting a skilled Plumber / Multi-Trader to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance across residential properties in Enfield. The role has a strong plumbing focus, alongside a range of associated multi-trade works, with an emphasis on first-time fixes and excellent resident service. Key Responsibilities Carry out plumbing repairs including leaks, hot & cold water systems, and installations Complete associated multi-trade works such as tiling, carpentry, patch plastering, and decorating Accurately record works using a mobile job management system Carry out risk assessments and comply with health & safety procedures Work collaboratively with supervisors and operational teams About You Qualified Plumber (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent) Unvented Hot Water Systems certificate Multi-trade experience within residential repairs & maintenance Full UK driving licence and strong health & safety awareness What’s on Offer £38,000 salary, company van and fuel card, 23 days’ holiday + bank holidays, referral bonuses, Perkbox benefits, paid volunteer day, and ongoing training and progression.
