How to find us We’re delighted to be back at our newly redeveloped home at 35–37 Racecourse Road, Ayr. Below, you’ll find directions to the main Ayrshire Hospice site, as well as details for our shop locations across Ayrshire. Address: 35–37 Racecourse Road, Ayr, KA7 2TG How to get here: Walking Cycling Public Transport Car Parking: Upon entering the main car park at Racecourse Road, visitor parking is located to the left-hand side. Dedicated disabled bays are available near the front entrance, and electric vehicle charging points are also on site. Upon Arrival: Follow the signage and enter through the main entrance doors, where you’ll be welcomed at Reception. Please note: a video entry system is in use after 8:00pm to maintain security and privacy. We look forward to welcoming you. As part of our ongoing commitment to privacy and dignity for all patients, we have introduced a dedicated private entrance for all patient admissions, located via Ronaldshaw Park . This is now the designated route for all In-Patient Unit admissions and is separate from the main public entrance on Racecourse Road. New Admission Entrance 📍 15 Ronaldshaw Park, Ayr, KA7 2TJ Look out for signage at the top of the lane marked: ‘Ayrshire Hospice | Admissions Only – No Public Access’ What to do on arrival: Pull up to the secure gate and press the intercom button A member of the Hospice team will respond and open the gate remotely Once inside, drive forward and bear left under the overhead canopy There will be space to safely turn and reverse A member of the team will be waiting at the door to welcome and support you with the admission Contact & Support If you expect a delay or need assistance on approach, please call us on: 📞 01292 269200 Our Fundraising Office is now located within the main Ayrshire Hospice site at Racecourse Road, Ayr, just a short walk from the town centre.
