SEN Pupil Support Assistant – CrawleyCrawley, West Sussex Start Date: ASAPContract Type: Full-Time, Term Time OnlySalary: £92.62 per dayWorking Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:45pm We are currently seeking a dedicated and supportive Pupil Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Crawley. You will support students with a range of additional needs in a structured and nurturing classroom environment, helping them to access learning and build confidence. Key Responsibilities: Provide classroom support across lessons and the wider school environment Deliver 1:1 and small group support Encourage engagement and positive learning behaviours Work closely with teaching staff to follow support plans Support behaviour in a calm and consistent manner Promote wellbeing, confidence, and social development Follow safeguarding procedures at all times The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience with SEN or willingness to learn A calm, patient and supportive approach Strong communication skills Understanding of supporting additional needs A reliable and proactive attitude A genuine passion for working with young people How to ApplyIf you are passionate about supporting students with additional needs, we would love to hear from you.
