Junior Financial Modeling & FP&A Specialist – FinTech

As a Financial Modeling & FP&A Specialist, you will be working for our client, an innovative fintech company dedicated to empowering smarter and faster decision-making. You will play a pivotal role at the intersection of Finance, Marketing, and Credit Risk, translating business metrics and customer behavior into forecasts that leadership can trust — driving strategic growth and operational excellence. Your main responsibilities: Build and automate comprehensive financial models covering P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. Connect operational data such as volumes, active customers, conversion, and churn to revenue forecasts. Collaborate with Marketing to map sales funnels into clear financial projections. Partner with Credit Risk to forecast portfolio dynamics and impairments. Evaluate new products’ profitability to support go/no-go decisions before launch. You're ideal for this role if you have: 2–3+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Transaction Services (Big 4), preferably within Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech. Outstanding Excel skills, capable of building fully reconciled 3-statement models. Strong understanding of the interaction between P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow (experience with IFRS is a plus). Fluent in English, used regularly in reporting and communication. It is a strong plus if you have: Additional certifications or experience with financial software tools.
