Join West Northamptonshire Council as an Adult Services Qualified Social Worker and make a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable adults. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of adults, developing care plans, and providing support to individuals and their families. Your expertise will help promote independence and improve the quality of life for those in our care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals’ needs and risks.
• Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals.
• Providing advice, guidance, and support to clients and their families.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legislation and council policies.
• Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive care delivery.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Proven experience in adult social work, particularly with vulnerable adults.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
