Tax Lawyer

You will work on high-value, complex transactions in a fast-paced and flexible environment, while developing your expertise within a team known for nurturing legal talent and for supporting long-term career growth. You will be encouraged to build your own client relationships and shape your own professional path.

You will advise on the Tax aspects of a broad range of UK and international work, including:

• Structured real estate transactions
• M&A, joint ventures and other corporate transactions
• Funds (hedge, debt, real estate and other asset classes)
• International tax structures and cross-border transactions
• Structured finance and capital markets
• Insolvency and restructuring
• VAT and other indirect tax matters.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Broad corporate tax experience from a City firm or large regional practice
• Experience in real estate tax or taxation of corporate transactions (advantageous)
• Additional experience in funds taxation or taxation of financial transactions is welcome
• Able to work independently, while recognising when to seek support
• Willing to challenge conventional tax thinking.
