Job Order # 56817 Branch: 45 TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Press Brake Operator in the South area of Houston, 77087! WORK ENVIRONMENT In-Person, Shop RESPONSIBILITIES Reads and interprets engineering specifications, and shop orders to determine production methods, andsequence operation.Completes First Piece Inspection sheet.Positions work piece against stops and guides or aligns layout marks with dies or cutting blades manually or using hoist.Starts machine and observes machine operation to reposition work piece, change dies or adjust machine settings for multiple or successive passes.Inspects or measures work using rule, gauges, and templates.(May) Help with the training of new machine operators.Communicates with co-workers and supervisor to receive instructions and coordinate activities.Inspects and measures parts to maintain statistical process control charts.Completes Product Identification Tags.Responsible for working safely and maintaining a safe working environment.QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 years running Amada machinesRead drawings, follow flow charts, handle inspectionsMust have own tools, handle own setups and read blue printsAble to manually lift up to 50 lbsBilingual in English/Spanish a plus PAY $25-30+/hour DOE SCHEDULE 3:30pm-12am Monday-Friday but flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed WHO IS TMD STAFFING?
