As a Senior Treasury Systems Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in innovative financial technology solutions. You will play a key role in developing and enhancing sales systems related to treasury products, driving digital transformation in banking operations, and elevating client experiences across financial markets. This role offers a unique chance to work on cutting-edge systems that impact global financial transactions and growth. Your main responsibilities: Analyze and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with innovative treasury product development. Prepare comprehensive solution proposals, considering complex IT environment characteristics. Develop detailed system specifications and collaborate with architects and developers to design robust solutions. Coordinate technical dependencies with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Support testing phases and document system changes to maintain quality and compliance. Contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise systems and IT product development processes. Ensure effective communication of technical concepts within a multi-disciplinary team. You're ideal for this role if you have: At least 5 years of experience in system analysis or related fields within IT or finance. Advanced knowledge of REST technology, PostgreSQL databases, RabbitMQ, UML, and BPMN tools. Strong understanding of relational databases, distributed IT systems, and event-driven communication. Proven ability to work efficiently in an Agile environment and collaborative team settings. Knowledge of OpenApi, AsyncApi, Kafka, and financial market products. Experience with Postman, Swagger, Enterprise Architect, or similar tools. Excellent communication skills in Polish.
