Pay: $23 Overview Sirius Staffing is seeking a Production Coordinator to support daily production operations in a fast-paced CFS (Configuration & Fulfillment Services) environment. This role focuses on coordinating workflow, supporting production teams, and ensuring devices are configured, tested, and shipped on time in alignment with SLA requirements.  Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily production workflow (imaging, configuration, testing, packing)  Prioritize orders based on SLAs, volume, and deadlines  Track production progress from intake through shipment  Support Production Leads with task assignments and workflow balancing  Identify and escalate bottlenecks impacting production output  Ensure devices meet quality standards and SOP requirements  Update and track production data in systems (SAP or similar)  Partner with warehouse and logistics teams to align materials with production needs  Support high-volume deployment projects and customer programs  Requirements 2–4+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or fulfillment  Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments  Strong organizational and workflow coordination skills  Experience with SAP or similar systems  Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines  Preferred Device provisioning or IT hardware experience  Experience working in SLA-driven environments  Familiarity with production or shop floor workflows  Lean or process improvement exposure  Sirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
