<p><strong>Organisational Design Consultant needed in Stafford Paying £650 per day ref 375966</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p>
<p> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead organisational design and workforce planning initiatives across departments</li>
<li>Analyse current structures, roles, and reporting lines to identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities</li>
<li>Develop future-state organisation models aligned with strategic priorities</li>
<li>Conduct job evaluation, role profiling, and capability assessments</li>
<li>Support change management and transition planning, ensuring successful implementation of new structures</li>
<li>Engage with senior stakeholders to provide expert advice and influence decision-making</li>
<li>Facilitate workshops, consultation processes, and stakeholder engagement sessions</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with relevant policies, employment legislation, and public sector governance</li>
<li>Produce high-quality documentation, reports, and presentations for leadership teams</li>
