This specialist setting supports children aged 11-16 with a diverse range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every pupil is encouraged to achieve their full potential.

The position is a long-term, temporary role commencing in September, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one by delivering engaging and differentiated Maths lessons tailored to individual learning needs.

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs, using effective assessment strategies to monitor progress.

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and the wider SEND team to ensure consistent and effective pupil support.

Monitor pupil progress, contribute to EHCP reviews, and maintain accurate records.

Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.

Support and implement the school’s Behaviour Policy, using positive behaviour management strategies and, where appropriate, positive handling techniques.
