Independence Health System offers experiential training supported by supervision, didactics, and seminars. Interns spend 40 hours per week at their sites, for a total of 2000 hours. Of those 2000 hours, at least 500 hours will be direct service. In addition to direct service, interns attend supervision, staff meetings, didactics/seminars, and have time to complete paperwork/documentation.
