Hybrid Working: 3 days office / 2 days home
About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly organised and detail‑driven PARC Operations Coordinator to join our clients team on a 4‑month contract. This role is central to ensuring smooth delivery of Core People Processes across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring operational excellence within PARC.If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy variety, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day‑to‑day administration tasks as directed by the PARC Operations Lead
Handle all employee lifecycle correspondence
Maintain accurate employee data in Workday for starters, movers, and leavers
Organise and maintain HR documentation and records
Ensure 100% accuracy of Workday data for monthly payroll
Manage the PARC inbox and respond to level 0 and 1 employee queries
Process sickness and absence forms
Support recruitment processes and ensure smooth onboarding
Prepare offer letters, references, security documentation, induction packs, and new joiner communications
Work with the Benefits Advisor to administer company benefit schemes
Manage holiday purchase/sale processes
Oversee probation tracking and documentation
Deliver transactional HR processes in line with SLAs and performance metrics
Escalate queries appropriately when required
Skills & Experience:
HR qualification or related discipline (desirable)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive, flexible, and proactive approach
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
HR Operations experience (desirable)
Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
Experience managing multiple tasks and stakeholder expectations
Proficiency with people systems and Microsoft Office
Strong relationship‑building skills and a customer‑focused mindset
Technical Skills:
Confident using Microsoft Office applications
Experience managing data within HR systems/databases
Understanding of UK employment law, compliance, and GDPR
