Are you looking for a challenge? That's what we offer! Als Head of Controlling Konzern (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der finanziellen Steuerung der HEIDELBERG Gruppe. Sie sind strategischer Ansprechpartner für die Analyse und Optimierung der Umsatz- und Kostenströme und tragen maßgeblich zur Sicherstellung von Finanzergebnis, Bilanzqualität und Free Cash-Flow bei. Diese Position bietet hohe Gestaltungsfreiheit, direkte Schnittstellen zum Top-Management und die Möglichkeit, die Weiterentwicklung der Gesellschaft aktiv mitzugestalten. Ihre Aufgaben: Disziplinarische und fachliche Verantwortung für den Bereich Controlling national/international auf Konzernebene Finanzielle Steuerung, Planung und Kontrolle der HEIDELBERG Gruppe Gestaltung und Umsetzung von modernen und effizienten Controlling Strukturen und Schnittstellen Aufbau, Harmonisierung und Umsetzung von Controlling-Standards und -prozessen auf Konzernebene. Hierzu gehören u.a. Strategie-, Budget- und Mehrjahresplanung, Rollierende Simulation (RoSi), Forecast sowie Abweichungsanalysen, Projektsteuerung und Kostenallokation, etc. Zusammenführung und Darstellung der Konzernweiten Ertrags-, NWC und FCF-Berichte und deren zielgruppengerechte Erläuterung sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Zielerreichung Übergreifende Verantwortung im Rahmen der Business Partner Aufgaben für alle Vorstandsbereiche inklusive Tochtergesellschaften Verantwortung für Governance, Methodenstandardisierung und Prozesssicherheit im Konzerncontrolling Sicherstellung der internen Schnittstellen wie z.B. Treasury, Investor Relations, und der externen Schnittstellen, wie z.B. Wirtschaftsprüfer Unsere Anforderungen: Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Mehrjährige übergreifende Erfahrung im Controlling eines produzierenden Unternehmens oder Konzerns Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im internationalen Umfeld Ausgeprägte analytische Kompetenz und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen Hohe Eigeninitiative und Organisationsstärke Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Stärke, Veränderungen aktiv voranzutreiben sowie souveränes Auftreten auf Managementebene Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Why work for HEIDELBERG?
