About the Role
Provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders. This may involve polysomnography, diagnostic, and therapeutic services or patient education. Sets up and calibrates all polysomnographic recordings and monitoring equipment. Applies sensors to patients, and initiates sleep recordings. Summarizes data from polysomnographic recordings, and provides routine cleaning and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Produces high quality polysomnographic recordings.<br/><br/>Education<br/>High School Diploma or Equivalent Required<br/>Non Degree Program Polysomnography Technology Required<br/>Associate's Degree Respiratory Therapy Preferred or<br/>Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required<br/><br/>Experience<br/>1 year experience in a Sleep Disorders setting Preferred<br/><br/>Licenses<br/>Basic Life Support Required<br/>PA Respiratory Care License Preferred<br/>Reg Polysom Preferred<br/>Reg Respiratory Therapist Preferred
