This is a key vacancy within a specialist digital signage team, focused on delivering complex installation and content projects for a major client account, with scope to influence operational improvement and service excellence.</span></span></p>

<h3><strong><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Duties and responsibilities</span></span></strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Manage and deliver UK and EMEA digital signage projects from initial brief through to completion, ensuring delivery to agreed budgets, timelines and quality standards</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Plan and lead the rollout of new hardware and software initiatives, including testing, implementation and transition into support</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Oversee installation activity, directing engineers and third-party contractors on site as required</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure install, content and maintenance support tickets are managed and resolved within agreed SLAs</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Produce and maintain technical and project documentation, supporting effective handover to the service desk</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare and present reporting, insights and recommendations as part of monthly or quarterly client business reviews</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and long-term preventative solutions</span></span></li>

<h3><strong><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Required skills and experience</span></span></strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Proven experience as a Digital Signage Project Manager or in a similar digital signage, AV or technical project management vacancy</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Experience managing multi-site installations and content delivery across the UK and ideally EMEA</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Strong understanding of digital signage hardware, CMS platforms and third-party support models</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Confident stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with clients and internal account teams</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent organisational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Experience analysing performance data and translating insights into service improvements</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Willingness and ability to travel within the UK and Europe as required for project delivery</span></span></li>
