Chiswick, London W4 | £20 per hour | Part-time (30 hrs/week - Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

People are the most important ingredient in our business recipe, and we are looking for an experienced Sous Chef with fantastic craft skills to help us create an outstanding food offer at our sports ground and events site in London W4.
The Chef will support the successful operation of the site by working closely with the Chef Manager, delivering high-quality match teas, luncheons and events as well as a full bar menu. The role involves ensuring exceptional food preparation standards, maintaining strict hygiene and sanitation practices, and providing an excellent level of service to the company’s clients and customers.
Overtime will also be available for regular and ad hoc events.

As our ideal Sous Chef you will:-
Have excellent craft skills with experience of working in hospitality/events
Demonstrate high standards of cleanliness, consistently maintaining a tidy, organised workspace
Have good communication skills at all levels
Have previous experience of ordering and controlling food costs
Be passionate about food with a great eye for detail
Have a comprehensive understanding of managing allergens
Be self-motivated with a high attention to detail
